Rent Guarantee Scheme
We offer an outstanding Rent Guarantee Scheme for landlords wishing to de-risk the letting of their property, or to eliminate uncertainty from rental income projections.
Under the scheme, KLL leases your premium Central London apartment from you for an agreed term at an agreed rental. This is then paid to you every month by KLL, no matter what may happen. This means that you are no longer exposed to the risk of voids, nor to any possibility of a tenant defaulting.
Under the Rent Guarantee Scheme, full responsibility for marketing and tenanting your property, managing the tenancy and maintaining and restoring the condition of your property at the end of the agreed lease period is ours.
Your income is paid to you on a monthly basis, come what may.
